My kids did not believe me when I told them that you can get my products in "Gangnam", the thought that it's actually a place you can visit was mind boggling for them. :puzzled: :colgate:

Just ordered the barbaro in brown utah calf. Im new to this kind of leather, can one use regular saphir pommedier cremes and waxes for this? renovateur creme?

I couldn't find a definitive answer either but I'm presently using Saphir Reno, creams and waxes on mine to no ill effect.

Edward Green suggests cream polish on Utah and Delapre leather as the leather is a bit more waxy and casual compared to normal calf. I’ve used cream polish and VSC and sometimes either can leave a bit of residue in the grain. What I’ve found that works really well though is the saphir cordovan cream. It penetrates the leather and leaves it very well nourished. I also have some Bick 4 on the way from Skoak and from what I hear that should do well also.

Thanks for the additional info. Your right about the residue. It's just a little more effort brushing it off. I can't do without the waxing though. The leather itself seems more water resistant than ordinary calf but I can't risk it here with the tropical weather.
