I like the blucher style better than balmor too. A is PS, B is AE. The AEs are $150 less though. I'm also considering black instead of brown.

I just am not a fan of the colour. To me it looks like something a guy with a thick moustache in a "smoking jacket" would wear while sipping cheap cognac in a dimly lit room

well I have a full beard, not a moustache, and don't own a smoking jacket...

edit: but to answer your other question (it was so tempting to give a smart ass response...but someone else took care of that) I figure I'd rotate them this summer along w/ the navy sperrys I already have. I figure the wine color should go with a lot of stuff (denim/greys/etc) and be interesting without being so loud I couldn't wear them to an office

Or you could just wear it with some denim and a white ocbd. It's an interesting way to add color to an otherwise plain fit.
