Picked up a Filson Weekender in XLXL (Extra Large Extra Long). Feels pretty roomy. Not sure if maybe I should size down to the LXL. Thoughts?

my concern too. but I have a fairly skinny GA tie that would probably work just fine.

i don't think ties work well with ss shirts. even with 2"-2.5" skinny ties.

not a fan of that luc or the ann. i've gone through the skinny lapel phase and i'm glad it's over. it doesn't look good at all. i hate patch pockets, so i'm obviously biased about the ann. as for the vb... that shouldn't even be a question. instakop that ****. everyone who's not a size 2 should just get devoa blazers :foo:

Worth what? In my simple eyes, they look like Vans. So if you're paying more than $50, to me, no, they aren't worth it.

Was hoping they'd be more durable. My current slip-ons are falling apart.

In my experience CP (i think that's what those are?) aren't worth it for durability. i.e they're maybe 3-4 times as durable as a pair of Vans or Converse, but 10x as expensive. They do look better, and I guess if you could find someone who can redo the sole when it starts to wear through they'd last a long time.
