Nah, not typically into the lumberjack look..

Do you think, for example, the John Varvatos' would look like too much for a college student to wear during an ordinary day? Just looked at the collection and they look awesome. Aside from not having near enough money (ebay?), I feel like I'd possibly have to dress them down.

i like these because of all the laces and buckles but i dont think id be comfy in these when it gets hot. the leather tongue will stick to my feet im guessing..

so, should i get these? would wear with polios pants for starters. cropped pants and shorts of course.

First pair is awesome, wish I could pull of **** like that

Would dye the soles black.. want baller black lace up boots and can get these for a hair over $500

These are whack, look like some Aldo ****. Ignore the branding and take a second look

I'm thinking about these myself:

These look great, but they may be one of those things that look great unworn but terrible worn...

Those are both really nice looking boots - thanks for the suggestion. I'll probably start checking on ebay and other places. I'm willing to go above $200, especially if they're going to last me through and beyond college.

No problem, you won't be disappointed. Bought my GTs last winter and absolutely loved them. And as for the Varvatos, I don't see why not. There are all types of people at University/College, so there's nothing wrong with dressing up. Personally, I wear dress shoes to school everyday (AE) and there's nothing wrong with it. If you like it go for it.

RW GTs are on amazon for ~200ish every once in a while. It's a solid starter boot. If you have a few months to save up, I'd get the Alden Indy boot personally unless it's snowing hard where you are.

no i'm not saying that. And i aint promoting him buying from porter. Your saracism won't change my opinion of the case.
Seriously fumma I hate you. This is not the first time you **** on me just because I bought a brunch stuff at deep discount last season from porter. I spent my money as I wanted and I didn't harass/annoy anyone. And I always don't understand you people why do this all the time.
You bought electronic blue margiela jacket from porter 50% sale with quickness. So I say Stfu this is enought. You asshole. **** you

How are you enjoying your little Lanvin hats?

Not a nice jacket. Maybe it is was more fitted or something. I know Dunderdon has much better examples. Maybe also check out Fjallraven if you like that style of jacket.
