I’m visiting Edinburgh, I believe Scotland is well know for wool? Are there any places I should look into for clothing while I’m there?

Dick's is located there. Although, they also sell a lot of the same stuff you can find in almost any major city nowadays.

Also, there are probably dozens of knitwear or cashmere shops on the
Royal Mile which seem to sell similar merchandise.
