Shoe Buying Online - Amazing customer experiences

Gravedig but worthy of one especially since I typ refrain from such posts.
Another big ups to the crew at ShoeHealer for stellar service. During the Xmas rush I wanted to treat myself to a pair of AS Cambridge jumper boots in scotch grain so shot off half a dozen sizing inquiries to various UK e-tailers.
Richard was the first to respond after-hours and the communication was consistantly lightening fast and sizing advice spot on. What amazed me was that every response was from a different individual on the info@shoehealer alias yet there was complete continuity re my requests and questions.
I ordered on the 18th and they were in NY customs on the 20th. Of course customs took their jolly time and kept them for 6 days but door to door was a very reasonable 9 days (parcelforce/usps)
Totally above and beyond what I'm used to with most vendors stateside. Even included some unexpected extras which totally made my day.
