i am actually from DC. Moved up here about two years ago. staying with family in yorktown heights.

I mentioned it in the RFT thread, but it was alright. Band was ok and the drinks were free, but the police came around 2 and was shutting everything down when I left. They also stole the bartenders tips and tried to put one in handcuffs which was pretty fucked up. they reached into the tip jar and took everything saying "This now belongs to the city of new york". Not very nice dudes. Im not sure what they were saying was the violation/problem

Never understood why people with bad days just want to go home. Personally, I'm more motivated to drink and hang with human beings.

I'm torn between going to an art gallery open house or coming to this. It's at the Ace Hotel at 7:30 or 8:00? The thread was so ******* confusing.
