Sleeves are 35.5 and the first pic of the shirt is a cery accurate representation of the color. I would call it med. blue as light blue, to me, approaches white.

Turnbull is 57.5 inches tip to tip, 3 3/4 at the widest.
Ferragamo tie is 58 inches tip to tip and 3 1/2 at the widest.

Loro Piana has a 19 inch shoulder , 44 chest, 44 waist, 20 inch armhole, 35.5 sleeves.
Kiton has a 19.5 shoulder, 44 chest, 42 waist, 18 inch armhole, 36 sleeves

The 33 Chu side tabs are exactly 34 at the waist. The 32 Chu cotton are a smidgen over 33 inches at the waist.
