Acqua di Gio.

So I really like aquatic scents. But I seem to be the only one here who does (or at least, no one else posts about them). What are some others' preferred aquatics?

Perhaps you would like Heeley's Sel Marin. Very different to most aquatics I have tried.

I usually like to smell like cardboard boxes that have been pissed on and set out to dry in the sun.
So then you would like Sauvage by Dior

Thanks for the recommendations. Lucky Scent had a sample sale for Labor Day. I looked for the recommendations (plus other Le Labos getting love lately) and tried to bought samples of all the recommended scents that they had.

Now I'm thinking I don't really want the Corfu but whatever. GIT is getting ready for winter.

Try kouros (ysl), Jules (if you can find it, dior) miel de bois (Serge lutens) or Dzing (l’artisan parfumeur)

I usually like to smell like cardboard boxes that have been pissed on and set out to dry in the sun.

One of them has a much more prominent barnyard note than the other. They smell like different fragrances. I suspect it is one of them that has changed a lot through time.

I tried Slowdive by Hiram Green yesterday. It is a rich honeyed fragrance with a little bit of funk (I think from the beeswax). It supposedly has tobacco in it, but I can’t detect it. It does remind me a bit of Chergui by Serge Lutens. I think it is a nice fragrance for a hot day.
