Unrelated, but is that the tagged size? I've been thinking about picking some Samurais up from Japan, and I'm a true 32, is W32 what I should order?

it's tag size. it didn't shrink as mcuh as i wanted. i also lost some weight so im more of a 30-31. 32 is little too big for me now.
