I'm 6'2" - 210lbs and Black Label works well. I have a # of both PL and BL suits. Interestingly (or maybe not) I wear a 44R in BL and a 46R in PL.

There are heaps of conservative BL suits out there and they look fine in a conservative workplace. IMHO

Yeah, I agree with comments regarding the conservative aspect. I don't work in a cons. environment, so I won't pretend that I know the subtleties between what is and is not acceptable, but I have a hard time imagining BL would be over the top. Yes, it's cut trim and the shoulders are not quiet by any means, but in a conservative color, I think it would blend in just fine and in fact be better cut than most of its neighbors. Just my .02
