I think he's talking about the corporate card which does not require anything but signing up for it, no credit check or anything even close to that. Border's makes the BB corporate 15% discount available by simply signing up for a Border's card, and then going to the Border's website to take advantage of the BB corporate discount by signing up for it. The discount is available in-store and online. A terrific benefit.

Can you sign up at the time of sale, and then get the discount, or does this have to be done in advance?

Yes, I beleive so. I know you can start shopping as soon as you sign up for the corporate card through the Border's site. They give you a code for online purchases, and you can download and print a temporary card for in-store purchases.

The website won't let me stack corporate discount with anything (option goes away when you go to corp discount page) so I don't really see this working with the F&F sale

It doesn't work because you can't stack the corporate discount with F&F, online or in stores.
