This looks very similar to the filson field satchel. Does anyone know what the differences between them may be? Leather quality? space inside? Pockets inside?

His work and leather quality would be a step above Filson. RF Clark worked for Swaine Adeney Brigg for 20 years before starting his own company making briefcases and small leather goods of very high quality. He has since retired from making briefcases, but I believe has committed to repairs and maintenance of his products for as long as he is able. Even used, this seems a solid price for his work.
