I received a suit and a jacket from a tailor in Naples. It needs to be adjusted and they asked me to return it for alterations.

1) What is the best way to ship it? I was thinking FedEx. If so, anything in particular that I need to know and add to the service?
2) Insurance. I assume I should insure it for the full replacement value. Is that correct or does that somehow flag the parcel creating other problems?
3) On the customs form I was planning to put "Returned for repairs". Any other suggestions?
4)When the tailor returns it to me what should they put on the customs forms so that I don't get hit with duty?
