Check out Tarrago Nano Protector Spray. I bought some but haven't tried it yet. Seems to get good reviews though, so I thought it was worth a shot. Available via Prime on Amazon.

To be honest, my impression is that they're all the same. I haven't read anything that leads me to believe that one is significantly better than the other. I even think that a basic DWR spray like Nikwax might be fine.

The usual recommendations include Saphir Invulner and Tarrago Nano Protector. But there are dozens of similar products -- nearly every shoe brand offers their own bottle (e.g. Alden, Allen Edmonds, Lucchese, Viberg, Tecovas, etc). I know many sneakerheads who use Scotchgard. Jason Markk sells a waterproofer.

I use Allen Edmonds and find it works well. I've tried Saphir and Tarrago and think they also work well, but not better than Allen Edmonds.

The only thing I've read is that some people believe you should avoid ones with silicone.
