some grand photos of some small islands (not sure that's what they're called) in N.Z. and a couple winterpics from somewhere else, and some other stuff after that

the cover is a photo of an island, no text or anything

Suggestions for a mid-level everyday women's bracelet? Anything besides the usual Tiffany's / David Yurman / etc.? Not a fan of Lagos or John Hardy. Would prefer something with a closure (no cuffs/bangles). Mid-level means no VCA/Cartier/Hermes.

Got my girlfriend a Ligia Dias one a while back that she really liked. Pearls on one side, metal punkish on the other. Not sure where to kop really though I got mine at Madison in LA

I've always liked saskia diez stuff. Lots of different styles too!

Anyone ever tried having epaulets removed from a jacket? Is this easy or even possible for your average tailor to do?

You should check out

Magma books
117-119 Clerkenwell Road
London EC1R 5BY

Edit:

They have opened two shops in Covent Garden (Earlham street) as well.

Their old shop on Rivington st. was a hole in the wall full of design books. :slayer:
