The people at TheCorner.com are pieces of ****. I ordered a pair of shoes a day ago and paid $22 for express shipping. Today, they throw out a free express shipping promotion and I nicely ask if they can credit the shipping back (it's not a big ******* deal, right?) to which two reps tell me no. ******* cunts.

XXL is my size

I just think the principal is ridiculous. Instead of doing something small (minuscule on their bottom line) and making me really happy, they didn't do something small and made me never want to shop there again. Stupid.

Otoh, I empathize. I went to the dry cleaners to pick up a sweater and they refused to let me take it out of the shop unless i paid $5 in cash up front, which I did not have, as I wanted to pay with CC. This fraudulent "minimum charge" nonsense. I give them lots of cleaning, but they didn't want to put $5 on the tab for the next time. Told 'em to shove it, won't be going there anymore.
