I use Medium brown on mine and black on the toes. However, I have recently brought some dark brown, which I'll try. For extra gloss (which I don't want often) I use a standard natural wax over the top, as it has a higher bees wax content apparently.

Similarly, I’d like to maintain the burnished look on these Conistons, so far I’ve just conditioned them occasionally, but was wondering what other people use. I’ve got a good palette of Saphir cremes to choose from.

I'm interested in getting a black cap toe oxford with no brogueing. Between the Audley, Lonsdale, and Edgerton, which is considered THE one to get?

Have you considered the Hallam. I’ve seen written on C&J’s website, it’s their most popular toe cap shoe.

The Connaught fits those specifications too, except it's benchgrade. The Hallam is down to preference. I'm finding at my age I don't prefer chiseled toe shoes. When I was younger I probably would have.

Of those listed, I would probably go with the Lonsdale myself.

Off-topic, but just noticed the willow grain while browsing the captoes and that does look like an interesting leather.

Hi guys,

I would like to ask about C&J oxford shoes deals. Which website provides cheaper price of C&J compare to others? (or during the sale season) I have heard pediwear offers great price who are living in United States, but are there any website offers cheaper than that?
Also, when C&J goes on sale in summer typically? how much percentage?
