Proxy from Italy or another European country to Norway

Hi!
I am planning to buy a pair of sunglasses from Otticanet.com, and therefor I need a proxy. I need a proxy from Italy, but I may also accept a proxy from another country in Europe, but I would prefer Italy. (Otticanet ships from Italy).
I need the product shipped to Norway.
Can anyone help me? I know people that offers proxy charges some money, and that is fine by me!

You know they ship to Norway for $16? You won't find any proxy who will charge less than that.

I know I will be charged about 55 dollars when the sunglasses passes the toll and customs, and I don't want to pay that.
