Hey everyone,

I recently decided to invest in my posture and bought a few posture corrector shirts. However, I'm feeling a bit unsure about whether they actually work or not. I've heard mixed reviews about these shirts, and I'm curious to hear about your experiences.

Have any of you tried posture corrector shirts before? Did you notice any improvements in your posture? How long did you use them, and were the results long-lasting?

I'm hoping to gather some insights and personal anecdotes to make an informed decision about whether to continue using them or explore other methods for better posture.

I am curious, has anyone actually used these Posture Corrector in the past ? How did you find them ? I've been tempted by the idea of one, but the physio never mentioned to get one personally I believe if the Physios that i have seen have never prescribed me one, or told me to get one. then is it a bad idea to get one ? surely overtime your body will get used to using these and muscles start to fail so to speak ?
