If you're doing it on simpsonizeme.com -- when you're finished, at the bottom click Export. You can scroll through the previews before you export with the red arrows on the side of the screen: it will go through face shots, body shots, scene shots, etc.

You need to fiddle with the stuff a little. My hair looked nothing like it really does when it spit it out originally, because I pulled it back and the site creates a slight profile shot from a head on picture. When I did a picture of my old man it actually came out perfect. My mom's picture needed some work, because in the only picture I haad that worked for the site she was hamming it up.
