I assume you want us to post pics of shoes we actually own , not shoes that are our favorite and we hope to own at some point.

favorite that I own- adidas samba's. They work into just about every fit my limited wardrobe offers me.

shoes i'd like to own- To be perfectly honest, a pair of black Jack Purcells. I'd like a nice pair of Red Wing Irish Setter boots (I think is what they're called), but I got lucky at the thrift store this past winter and found a nice pair of no-name boots so I am content on that front.

Well I have to say...

Most of the Boot wearers look like they parade in San Fran or NY in those:

"We're Here, We're Queer", type parades...

Did you just want to tell us you like participating in those "We're Here, We're Queer" type parades?

You speak the truth, sir. Well done.

Do you have the white or black ones?

I had to throw these away, but I had them for some time and did everything I could to hang onto them. tape, shoe epoxy... I realize compared to cordovan leather these are somewhat lackluster, but they were easily the pair of shoes I've enjoyed owning most thus far in my life.

They look very similar to my favorite pair (John Varvatos Antique Oxfords) but with a softer sole, which I need as my feet have started to protest all the (hard!) leather soles I wear.... Very hard to find shoes that are comfortable, stylish, and not too dressy (for jeans and an oxford or sweater). Thanks!
