But I am 90% sure I'm going to place an order for a Stowa Marine Handwind 36. I've had a Stowa Marine Original for 8 years now and really need to sell it because it's a tweener watch for me that never gets worn. Too dressy on a croc strap to wear when I'm weekend casual and too huge to wear when dressing up. I'm hoping my complaints about the Marine Original (41 mm case, stark white dial, wears like it is 44mm, etc.) will be solved in the smaller size.

But I really love the design and how it looks on a croc strap. If only it looked like this Halios on the wrist.

They both look good...but I do get what you are seeing with the size of the Stowa.

38 mm, but it wears like a 36 mm watch with the small dial and prominent bezel. 11 mm tall, but the crystal is 3 mm of that height. The bracelet is phenomenal as well, but I prefer it on straps.

One of my favorite watches from Halios. My only complaint is that it’s manual wind and a PITA to wind.

I was making cavaletti for my wife. No, that isn't a pasta dish. I always forget how much I really do like this PMW, although it definitely has some chunkiness to it. For whatever reason, I love that the Saturday and Sunday day displays are blue and red.

I've got four Doxa, two Sub 300's and two Sub 300T's. The Sub 300 Professional is the one that is not going anywhere. My favorite of the bunch.
