Total damage ~$600, including service, spare parts and custom-made straps

Lately I'm thinking putting the date window at 6 makes more sense than 3.

Finally broke down and replaced my diver with this Mini Turtle. WoW had a single one pop up in their inventory for just shy of $300 so I grabbed it immediately. Has everything I want, upgraded movement that's in the current 5 Sport line, screw down crown, ISO certified 200m, solid link bracelet, and I'm of the minority of freaks who actually likes the cyclops. Only thing that made me hesitate are the tombstone pips on the dial, but I'm liking them more than I thought I would.

Had an appointment with the retina specialist, getting old is a *****. Also record highs in the bay area, 90 degrees in October.

I am very strictly on the wagon, then I saw this on the facebook watch buy/sell......Am having a very difficult time resisting......$800.........sorry 800 british pounds....still a great price.

Which model is that exactly? A 103 variant?
It looks very nice, with no marked bezel, no superfluous ("AUTOMATIC", "FLIEGER", etc) markings on the dial..
If the watch is mint, $800 is a very fair price for a Sinn chronograph..
If not mint, then the Valjoux 7750 isn't exactly inexpensive to service....

It is a Sinn 103 ST TY, and it is actually 800 British pounds about $1000+ US. Still very very tempting but if my wife found out it would probably mean D-I-V-O-R-C-E

Hmm yes. That model 103 is very nice. But $US1000....Difficult call. If the condition is really excellent, that is still a pretty good price I think. Full set?
