My first suggestion would be something like the Seiko Presage SARW025 but after looking at it a little closer, it has a calendar subdial instead of the small seconds subdial, plus it's a bit larger than the Patek.

thanks, thats pretty close though! definitely on the right track! is there a name for that style of numbering?

Timex just released a Miyota version of their Navi XL and I have to say I really like the looks of it. I've been wanting a green dial and was planning on getting a Spinnaker but I think I'll get this instead. I'd have preferred a NH35 but at the price it's not bad. $259 and 15% off from timex.com.
