They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated. No, failure to appear/contempt of court is the hardest.
With traffic offenses, just look for the person who looks nervous or out of their element. Violent offenders either look hard or are more bored at the prospect having to go through the criminal justice system again.
