Philadelphia Area, Wardrobe Creation

Hey, guys. I'm new here. I was hoping one of you could help me out please. I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on stores to check out in the greater Philadelphia area or advice in general.

I just got a new job, and the dress code is business casual, so I'd really appreciate some tips on where I should check out. I only own a few shirts and ties and a couple slacks, but they aren't very high quality or anything. I'm not rich or anything, if some of you would like to keep that consideration when offering me advice, I'd be grateful, and I have no problem with cheap clothing, but I'm kind of tird of my clothes looking cheap.

Also, I'm trying to redefine my appearance. Usually I just wear t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, sneakers, boots to college, but I'm starting to lose interest in looking like that all the time. I hope this made sense, I think I'm just growing up or something, haha. Not too long ago I favored wearing very oversized shirts and baggy jeans, like most of my peers, until I realized that I really hated it, and because I'm so skinny I looked like I was drowning in all my clothes. >_>

Anyway, please help!
