I'm working on timeliness. I've stopped taking overly exact custom orders. My wife started working full time, so that cuts into the time, too. We should have all of the kinks worked out. I'm to the point of feeling so guilty, I'm giving refunds and free hats to many. The new website will take care of my inability to say no to the special requests. It's going to be order it or not. :)

so who is the most reliable retailer of panamas?

I've bought three hats from Brent Black (Panama Hats of the Pacific). Superb hats, Brent is very communicative, and the hats were delivered pretty much on time, although the lead time can be lengthy. But the hats are the key and Brent's are superb.

Robert

I asked for a refund on 12/21 (via gmail), to which I've received no reply. I would appreciate if you could extend me the same courtesy as you mention above.

Regards,
Phillip

Brent does only buy from the best weavers. We buy from all weavers. I am in Fort Wayne, yes.

I have purchased several hats from you in the past. I'm down the road in Naptown. I'm looking some 7 3/8's????

Thanks,

I've got tons of 7 3/8s as teardrops, diamond teardrops, and center dented fedoras in both Cuenca, Montecristi and Peruvian.

From $25 for Cuencas. $120 Montecisti, and Peruvian from $90.00.

Yes, Brent Black and Optimo only buy from the pick of the litter. We buy from everyone.

All this threads it look like are bogus perhaps fallow by Robert,I will not lose my time here anymore since all my post get deleted and are replace it with kind words for Mr Robert Weber,If you can't take criticism in business market than you're not a honest business men.End of story

I don't know who you are, but we never sub in anything of a lower quality. From the looks of your language, lose my time, you are a native Spanish speaker and probably Yuri of Ultrafino who does sub in Chinese paper hats.

Try servicing your existing customers before hawking Kickstarter & reaching out for Linkedin connections. 9 months since I ordered with no hat & no refund. Appalling from Panama Bob.

p.s. I am the same poster as phillipAC83 above

If you would have checked your email, I would have told you that I had just moved and have just got internet back on. About 5 minutes ago, I refunded you. I was going to send you a hat and refund you, but my accountant told me to stop that because she told me the IRS wouldn't buy that if I was audited. Is that true? I don't know, but she didn't want me to write off too much.

As an offer of respect, I'm still willing to gift you a hat. I can't seem to find your hat size and shape in my emails for some reason. I had a major email snafu last year, too, but I'm sure you'll just say I'm a @$#$%%^& or something.

The kickstarters are an entirely separate "thing" than the website. I'm trying to get some things started with weaving friends.

Again, I've refunded your payment from 9 months ago and am willing to send you a hat for the errors on our part.
