solid dinner, but mostly just proud that i remembered to post here and that i nailed the internal temp on an indirect cook in a thunderstorm without all my thermoworks crutches.

i am definitely negative proud of how we have trained this wild beast:
Lievre royal. What's the most complex/challenging/Omega Males simplest lunch/whatever dish yall have made?
Just looked up the recipe and i think anything requiring four bottles of wine qualifies.Lievre royal.
it’s going to be a looong time before I attempt that again. Or maybe this winter if I shoot a big hare the right way, become bored the next day and can get friends over for dinner. It’s really something The stars have to align for to make it worthwhile to make.
Also does anyone have a copy of the first edition of Lucky Peach lying around? I had it and I guess threw it out. Looking to re-read their ramen recipes.
Overall Hare, rabbit, duck, geese, pheasant, Roebuck and wild boar. Only that which I can eat.Just looked up the recipe and i think anything requiring four bottles of wine qualifies.
What do you usually hunt?
I will be making bhindi (Indian okra) tomorrow, enjoying it, and NOT SERVING YOU ANY.You should have thrown out your copy of the whole okra.
