I like his stuff a lot and always go to his store when I have the chance. I have bought 10-15 pieces over the years, mostly small items (what he does best in my opinion) but also a bag or two. Everything is made around Paris, for what it's worth, the designs are really simple, but really well executed. His blue dyes are really really good.
It's interesting, his shop does well and good items typically sell out right at the beginning of the season, but when online stores buy his stuff, it sits around for ages and can be found for big discounts, like the Man of the World stuff (it doesn't help that their selection is so boring). If you buy to resell, it might be hard to even break even, but if you enjoy simple designs, it's a good brand. If nothing else, grab an A4 folder, I think it was his first design and it's still the best illustration of what he does so well.
