I've just started working and i've purchased a few Polo Ralph Lauren custom fit dress shirts (for $20/$30 on sale at TJ Maxx). But my brother says he's been buying the Brooks Brothers egyptian non-iron slim fit cotton shirts.

I'm 6' and about a 42 chest and 33 waist. I have a Byblos, Mastercoat, and a Mauro Grifoni shirt but they all seem a bit too tight for my office style job (i like the Grifoni of all of those).
So far the RL shirts i have seem quite nice. From what i can tell they are fairly good quality and i like getting them for that price while being able to try them on and/or return them if needed, instead of buying shirt online.
But maybe i could get better quality while not paying too much more?
1. Any suggestions to which shirts are better quality? Or any other suggestions of which shirt to look into/purchase?
2. Is there any difference between the quality of RL shirts online vs the outlet stores or elsewhere?
Thanks so much,
Jesse
