I just read the thread and while I'd love to say that this suit is on par with the top-tier Italian RTW, I don't think that this is the equal of Brioni, Kiton, Attolini. It's nice, but I don't want the buyer to think that he's getting a $5k suit for <$500.
However, I am MUCH larger than this suit, so can't wear it to say how it feels
it does seem to have a Roman cut

D'Avenza are a real value.

While they may not be entirely as "good" as Kiton or Brioni they are close.

Bijan used to use either Kiton or Brioni as the maker of their suits. They then switched to D'Avenza.

And Bijan sold his suits ( at least for MSRP) of $8,000-15,000.

It's telling that Bijan could sell rebranded D'Avanzas for those kind of prices.
