Hey All,
I'm a noob to the world of fashion (In my twenties, early career, just now starting to build my wardrobe) and I'm wondering what all is worth getting tailored. I've dropped about 6 pants sizes and 30 pounds or so of weight. I know I should probably get my suit modified to fit me, but I have about 5 pairs of banana republic pants (about $50) that are now all too large.
I don't see myself getting any skinnier than I am (my build doesn't really allow for it), and I don't see the weight coming back either (significant lifestyle shift over the past few years). So, what I'm asking isn't is it worth it to get my clothes tailored after losing some weight, but, more specifically, is it worth it to get things like khakis and such tailored, or should I just buy some new pants?
