i think the schadenfreude is more intense, seeing as vancouver doesn't have any other sports teams (is that correct?). so the suffering of lower-IQ canucks fans (like Chargersfan, or whatever his name is) has to be really profound at the moment. imagine how ****** that douche feels!

They did. As a Habs fan the thing that makes it easier to accept is how thoroughly Boston dominated this series, even if it did go to 7 games. I absolutely think they deserved to win this series and the final result is a just reflection of that.

I think chargersfan is a troll.

I feel bad for older Vancouver fans who remember the 1994 Cup run. It's gotta be tough for those guys coming so close and not getting a Cup. I don't feel as bad for the younger fans who seem to mostly be jackasses from what I've seen.

Maybe I spoke too soon:

Fans started a small fire, set off fireworks and flipped a small car over in the fan zone in downtown Vancouver after the Canucks lost the final game of the Stanley Cup 4-0 to the Boston Bruins.

No injuries were reported.

The fire was believed to be in a garbage can but sent a plume of smoke above the crowd in the closing seconds of the game.

They were awful. And the worst part is that it took so little for Boston to silence them. Some rough play in the boards and that was it. No effort, no nothing.
