I have very frustrating hair. Very fine, very light blond hair. Its straight but as soon as it hits about the level of my ears it starts to curl out and if i let it grow out it gets these enormous waves in it all the way down. Also its very hard to manage poofiness b/c the hair underneath grows so fast that it pushes the top layer out almost like an afro. You can see too my facial hair curls up and grows more out than down... anyway I tried it long for a while in high school, but it just didn't work with my face/body frame. and its also hard to gel, since its so fine even when i spike it i cant get enough of it to go in the right place for it to dry and it ends up being very erratic when i was trying for pretty even symetrical short spikes on top and sides. (LA looks 10 super mega hold gel) Also if i miss a day washing/conditioning it gets really greasy and stiff. Its just generally bad. Dont like buzz cuts, but tryin for something new that will look good everywhere- court, campus, formal things what have you. heres a pic of my hair now... and you can see my face shape too. any suggestions? I wear glasses or contacts and i'm fond of what little beard i have since it took me about 3 months to grow...

Hi,

The pictures show you have a good face and medium-long blonde hair, but their quality is limited, as though they were taken with a cell phone or webcam. You might receive more replies if you upload some images that show your hair in more detail.

Looks like you could use a trim. The sides especially. It looks a little out-grown. And the frames don't work well with your face. Other than that, it's not a terrible hair-do. Do you have any pics of what you think you might want your hair to look like? References always help.
