I've ordered a couple "medium stiffness" collars from mytailor.com, but I don't really like the feel of collars. Has anyone ordered the softer collars? If so, how do they compare?

I found the cuffs and collars too stiff on my first order with MyTailor. On the second order Joe did something to lighten the collars/cuffs. It involved either eliminating the lining or fusing. The result is much more comfortable.

I asked for non-fused collars on mine. I did not specify a stiffness. They used a very soft interlining.

On the topic of mytailor.com, how accurate is their estimated delivery? I ordered my first shirt from them yesterday and it's saying it won't be done until Jan. 09

Wondering if I should try to cancel and order elsewhere or if they default to a long delivery time but deliver much quicker?

I ordered my latest broadcloth shirt with soft interlined unfused collar from mytailor.com. It seems that they may have cut the interlining too big to allow for shrinkage. The interlining is being squashed up by the collar, making it look frumpled. From my other soft collared shirts, the broadcloth ones seems to generally have fused collars. Maybe something that you might want to note should you launder your shirts at home.

I've had shirts coming 3 weeks earlier than the estimated date, and also shirts that come a few days before. But in general, expect about 8 weeks for delivery.

Does anyone have any opinions as to quality of their shirts or suits? In other words, do their products come out looking cheap or of poor quality when worn (specifically the suits and shirts)?

I have a few suits from them and about half dozen shirts-they all look pretty good. I have had the suits adjusted by my local tailor-the quality is good.
