Read up and visited these two places, who are said to be reasonably priced tailors, and wondered if anyone has ever bought something from them.

LS MW is a MTM shop while Mr.Ned is a "custom" shop.

I'm not looking for Top-of-the-Line tailors, just ones that will make a well fited outfit, using good materials at a reasonable price.

LS will be a bit cheaper for the same material.

And also, if I'm not mistaken, measurement followed by delivery of a finished suit. I'll be the first to say that Mr. Ned is not perfect, but they have the advantage of multiple fittings.

I've never tried LS. I use Mr. Ned. Furthermore, I like Vahram more than his dad. Vahram seems more flexible in terms of styling.

You should go in with the thought of making multiple suits as it will take a couple of suits to get it right. Start with one suit. Wear it for a couple of weeks and then go back for a second with your changes.

One more thing, Mr. Ned can only make American style rather than Italian or English although he'll say that he can do any style you want. At best, at least from my experience, is that it will be American style sprinkled with Italian or English flair.

What's Ned's biggest flaw? Anything in particular?
