Yes, definitely a scam. Stay away from this one.

Moving frauds often stick people with higher bills after the promise of a lower rate. Many people often have their belongings held hostage by crooked movers, some of whom lose thousands of dollars along the way. However, brand new guidelines and harder penalties have been publicized by the government to help combat this practice and I just found it here New regulations impose greater penalties on moving scams. Be cautious everyone!

Tell them you will do it and troll the **** out of them. There is a forum out there (can't remember which one) where people post their Nigerian scam trolling exploits. Keep us updated.
