Do they actually respond to emails? I wrote to them with a genuine question about a pair of hand-grade C&Js they have in stock, intending to place an order as soon as they supplied some simple details about sizing. They haven't written back in four days, and they have no reason to think I'm a time waster.

That's interesting. I've emailed them a total of three times and they responded quickly (taking into account the time difference, of course). They were very respectful in their replies. If/when I intend to order another pair I will go through them. It seems your email slipped through the cracks. If I were in your position I would give it one more day. If they haven't responded by then I would proceed to send another email. My 2 cents.

The no refunds thing (only store credit) with STF is a huge deterrent if you aren't already familiar with what you're ordering
