Meermin Mallorca Shoes

There's not a lot of time left on these MTOs and I'm considering ordering a pair. The last looks great but I'm thinking the heel likes quite tall on these. I generally like a loafer with a shorter heel and these look to be some of the biggest I've seen. What do you guys think? Is it in my head or the angle of the pictures or are they quite tall?

Gents. I need help. I'm getting married in the Dominican Republic and will be wearing a fresco suit with loafers. I need sizing help. I want to get these unlined loafers below. I"m thinking since they're loafers, I should size down half a size

Allen Edmonds - 8D in all shoes
All casual shoes such as Nike training etc - 9D

THinking about going 7.5

Anyway, I'm now less certain about the navy shoes. What I'm saying is if someone wants them in a 10 (no longer available online) and will pay the cost of shoes ill cover the shipping. LMK if you'd like the cream/wax, too.

My two cents:
If you do go down 1/2 make sure of a couple of things.

1. Make sure you order in time to return and receive a replacement if necessary.

2. Make sure the loafer is on a last that accommodates going down a half size.

I tried this with the Carmina uetam last on a pair of loafers. It did not turn out well for me. Of course my foot is a touch wide, so in my case that last just won’t accommodate 1/2 size down for me.

Hi guys, I'm interested in some Meermin jodhpurs so I was looking for some advice on the Hiro last.

I wear a size 7 UK for CDBs and 8.5 US (8 UK?) for Thorogood 6in Moc Toes. I also wear a 42 for Common Projects chelseas. My feet measurements with thin socks on are 262mm x 105mm. Meermin customer support has suggested me a size 7 UK, but going off the following last measurements I found from another person, it seems off?

L 290mm shoe outsole 7UK
W 103 mm shoe outsole 7UK
L 272 mm last insole 7UK
W 097mm last insole 7UK
Foot 25.4 cm 7UK

L 294 mm shoe outsole 7.5UK
W 104 mm shoe outsole 7.5UK
L 276 mm last insole 7.5UK
W 099 mm last insole 7.5UK
Foot 25.8 cm 7.5UK

L 298 mm shoe outsole 8UK
W 105 mm shoe outsole 8UK
L 280 mm last insole 8UK

From this it seems like 8UK would have to be the best fit to accomodate my foot width, and going any higher would probably be too long right?

I personally wear 8D on the two AE shoes I own (and have been sized as 8D at their stores,) and I wear 7UK on Meermin's Hiro last. The two Hiro shoes are not loafers though. I find 7UK works well for most shoes sized in UK for me except EG and G&G.
