[QUOTE = "stephenaf2003, post: 9613696, member: 242206"] В последнее время у Meermin's были нанесены некоторые ранения. Но эти NST Shearlings взволнованы.

I can always count on my Meermin shearling to keep my toes toasty.

Is this the 'chestnut' leather?

To further clarify on the answer that person that answered for me, these are what Meermin calls Oak Antique Calf. I’ve had them for a little over 4 years and they are awesome boots!

i am considering a pair of chelsea boots on the Elton last. Any sizing advice? I am usually in US or UK shoes.. here are some benchmarks
  • 337, Crockett - 6.5E UK - perfect fit
  • 373, Crockett - 6.5E UK - good fit
  • 348, Crockett - 6.5E UK - a tad narrow
  • 11028, Cheaney - 6.5E UK
  • AE 8 Last - 7.5 US D - Good fit other than the instep which is tight

Agree with this. The 8-108 last is pretty good for me and I accidentally ordered 1.5 down from my US size in Elton and it is too snug on me. I thought I was ordering Hiro, but it was Elton. Ordered from eBay so no returns.

Just got these loafers in the mail a few days ago. First pair of Meermin shoes for me. Much better quality than I expected despite all the great reviews I’ve seen around. Shoes were flawless and had none of the quality control issues that have been discussed before.

Nice loafers! What about the comfort?

Third wear today and they’ve already broken in quite a bit. They were a bit stiff to start but I gave them a nice polish with saphir renovateur which really softened up the leather.
They started a bit uncomfortable due to the stiffness but are now definitely molding to my feet and becoming very comfortable.
