whatever will you do now?
That is where I looked. Small selection.
unbel - those are carpincho, not peccary.
fok - yours are peccary
I picked up a great pair of unlined antelope suede gloves when I was there.
It's time for Unbel to pull a Mr. Moo.
I was told by the people at Madova that the skins were the same, just with a different finish...
Dunno what it means to pull a Moo but I will email Madova to confirm
Carpincho and peccary are different animals. Sometimes in the word peccary is used synonymously.
It's where you order one thing, use it for a bit, then realize what you were sold was misrepresented and ask for your money back.
That should be rephrased to:
"use it for a few months to complete satisfaction, then realize what you were sold was misrepresented only after extensive consultation of web-experts, and that your discount was not as deep as you thought it to be". Just saying'. Love you.
Haha ok - well I'm happy with the gloves regardless of the animal that perished so that they might be constructed. But I'm still interested in getting the correct information so I will report back when I hear from Madova.
My peccary gloves:
In retrospect, I do wish (as I have said) that they fit a bit better, and that they were more of a mid-brown than this tan-brown color.
That's a good color, so don't complain.
How is this for a complaint - I had a great pair of perfectly fitting, unlined Hermes peccary gloves. Now I only have one.
Dopey, that might be one of the most painful things I've read of late. I'm very sorry for your loss.
