I don't think I'd have ever bookmarked a site for making home made gloves before this site.

Very impressive. What is chamois like? Is it thin? Does it have good grip?

I'm looking to make a pair for playing croquet in winter. Many of the leather gloves I've found are too thick.

Is it easy to obtain other leathers for making your own gloves?

Great idea! They look very nice, and comfortable. How long did it take to make them?

They look really nice and comfortable from the picture. I was wondering if I could know what kind of material did you use to make the gloves

I have to stop looking at these sorts of threads...

Now I have another project to work on

Anything DIY where the cost entry is low (some special needles and a trip to the auto-parts store...) and I am in for giving it a shot

Very nice. I just might have to give it a shot. So where are you going to get your next materials?

What pattern did you use/where did you get it?

If you made your own, how do you estimate the bits of leather that arent traced from your hand?

I finally got around to clicking on this thread. Impressive! As others said, please post the cradle-to-grave shots for your next pair.
