So, I'm looking for some high-top shoes. My price range is from $100-200, preferably at the lower end. What are some good looking high-tops out there that are awesome?

At that price range I would go with common projects.

Which ones? From what I've seen, they're either really shiny or really boring.

Well when you say you want to tuck your jeans in them it limits the choices.

hi top shoes, or high top sneakers?

If you're looking to tuck your jeans into them, I'd go with boots. Cowboy boots are gonna make you look like a hick, so maybe the APC crepe soles. I think jpgm has posted 2-3 fits with them, they seem to work pretty w/ tucked in denim.

You could get some ultra-cheap combat boots. I think this looks good too.

As for high top sneakers I hate CP. I think they are ugly as sin. Thats just my personal opinion though.

I like Fillipa K hightops, they are cheap and looks really nice. Works well with tucked pants too.
