i've got a oiled calf in s/s weight that although is nice, it just doesn't feel substantial. in fact i'm the "wrinkling effect" near/below the chest area which I'm taking a bit of time to get used to - as in the above picture also. it feels snug as the arm pit is made high. I'd imagine it will stretch with wear.

ROs are just designed/cut that way, you'll get used to it with wear. I don't notice it on mine anymore.

Kunk, I thought you were done buying? You getting them from the RO store? I'd honestly go for the showtek. This one right?

That was going to be my guess but I expected better zippers from them.

I like both to be honest. Ribbed cuffs are nice because it helps with the extra long sleeves but the zippered cuffs nice too as long as it's not way too long.

Ive never seen depression not improved by venlefaxine.

But then that's clinical depression not the psychological kind.

Well, I took a look at some Carol jackets today in person. I must say, not so impressive without the lighting effects for photoshoots. The leather is very substantial but feels stiff to the touch. You'd really have to break it in. Personally, it is hard to justify the out-of-this-world price tag. Guess it's just that - a collector's item for die-hard enthusiasts of his style, or else you'd be better off getting 3 RO's, a car, whatever. On the other hand I also felt some of the MA+ jackets. Ah, those were better. The leather was buttery yet thick, and the effects on it were great. Still, I am unconvinced that I'd rather have one than the incarnation previously posted here, the 09 julius rider/jut, or a wjk. I don't know. Maybe those who actually own one of them can chip in.
