Would like to find an aftershave that would match/complement Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Water. It is a single-note lavender scent. Suggestions appreciated.

Thank you: yes, Art of Shaving is one of what seems like two options. I have used a sample of AOS un-scented balm, and it works great - but is un-scented! Have asked for a sample of their lavender, but from past experience doubt if I get one. A member of Badger & Blade has offered a sample of Saint Charles Shave (SCS) lavender balm, the second option. I am awaiting the sample to try it. Still open to other suggestions.

If you want something a little different, try Caron pour un Homme. It's lavender and very much like a classy barbershop.

My favorite Lavender, though, is Creed's Royal Scottish Lavender. It's simply wonderful, although rather pricey.

edit: do you mean an aftershave lotion/balm? If so, let me think further, as what I suggested above were mostly scents/colognes.

Hmmm... in that case, perhaps try a few of the offerings from Santa Maria Novella. They've got some WONDERFUL aftershave splashes, including a Lavender one (IIRC).

They've got TONS of offerings, so perhaps look around the net and check out their website to see which might be most "up your alley."

If you're good with splashes you might try Thayers - if you haven't already. I use the Thayers Supermedicated but their Lavender is also quite good.
