How do they expect to sell any sweaters with a fit pic like this?

It looks okay to me. Probably some bunching from the shirt underneath or the sweater was sized up for layering. Can't comment on the cotton/cashmere v-neck sweater, but I recently picked up the cotton fine guage v-neck and it is a great piece for the price. I can't believe I've overlooked this item for 2 years that I've been aware of the Canvas brand. Although some customer reviews say it's very thin, that is not the case. I gave it a shot during that $20 sale, and I 'm glad I did. This item was not stuffed into a little plastic wrap like their casual shirts. It was neatly folded. I can see myself picking up more colors from future seasons. It's thicker than a banana republic v-neck of the silk/cotton/cashmere blend variety both material-wise and the v-neck collar. It's very similar to a coton/cashmere v-neck from J.Crew. The blue sky heather is a very nice color in person.

Yeah, I have had them adjust when the base price changes.

If it is a coupon that came out later though...they probably won't adjust. So if you bought something and the price dropped, you are good (if you used a coupon the first time, they apply the same discount to the new base price and refund the difference) but if you bought something and then a coupon came out...they usually specifically exclude past purchases.

I've had the completely opposite experience. They applied the new coupon for me, but absolutely refused to change the price when the base price changed and I had previously used a coupon.
