Khaki's/chinos w. high-rise, full waist?

I'm looking for a pair of traditionally cut, lightweight cotton khaki's and chinos, with a high rise and fuller cut in the waist. The khaki's should be in the traditional khaki colour, and the chinos in stone/light tan/vintage red/light grey. It should preferably be avaiable on the Internet, or at least somewhere in London. I noticed that Lands End's selling a pair of long-rise chinos, but I don't recall them shipping to Europe.

Is it a waist that fits? (i.e. full of the person wearing the pants?)
