Is anyone familiar with the KEATON shoe brand?

I am particularly interested in these (wonder if it is shell, polished or corrected leather):

oh, oh, take it easy! I wanted to seek peer advise, not an info from the official site.

and I am not very confident with differentiating shell from non-shell.

Thanks for the link, though.

Actually, as someone who was looking at the same shoes for quite some time, and I'm very adept at Google, I also had an impossible time trying to track down any info on the brand. Primarily because Keaton brings up a whole host of keaton "type" shoes instead of the actual brand. And Yoox doesn't give any other info. Combining with hand-crafted, laser-cut, etc. just didn't get me any usable results. So, like the OP, thanks for the link (minus the snark). That said, I was very hesitant on them at the $422 that they've been listed at forever. But, in the hopes of seeing them come down in price, I ordered a UK9.5 (I'm a US 10.5+, almost an 11) to test the size and, if it was a really good item, I would have kept it at that price. While they fit fine, the quality just wasn't great. I don't whether they were seconds or something, but there were more little creases in the shoes than what I expected and the brogue'ing just didn't seem high quality, kind of like the detail was ratty at the edgers. Also, the toes were more rounded than I thought the pic looked like and I was hoping for a narrower look. Now that I see the retail is 300UK (~470US) I'd rather try getting them from the source in the hopes that they're of better quality than the Yoox versions. The $50 difference (at current pricing) would be worth it. Now if the Yoox dropped to ~$200-$300 and they had a 10.5, I'd be in - creases be damned. Hope this helps! ps - the link above is to the black version. The site also has a "coffee" version. I don't think either of those are what Yoox had. The ones I received were a very dark burgundy shell-like color but definitely not shell.
