That is very poor and I am shocked that their customer service did not rectify it.
Updating (thanks for reminder): they eventually did send me a replacement product after a number of emails. So I’m glad they fixed the issue. It just took a long time for them to do the right thing.

Would you guys recommend taking the same size in the standard fit as the easy fit? According to the measurements online, standard fit is basically the exact same as easy fit, just one full size smaller.
Are there other differences in fit that aren't conveyed via the sizing chart?

My understanding (and experience) has been that Easy fit is just fuller around the midsection. I certainly haven't noticed any more room in the biceps and armhole and chest area.

Thanks for your feedback. It's weird because if you look at the sizing charts it really does seem like standard fit is pretty much just exactly one size smaller in every dimension.
